The Tour Operator Assurance Program

In order to maintain the integrity of the program in the marketplace, tour operators are invited to communicate any problems or concerns with "TradeSmart" Certified Suppliers. The program administrator will then liaise with the supplier to resolve the matter. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the tourism supplier may be asked to withdraw from the program and their TradeSmart certified status revoked.
